“I found this property to be a well-managed base for exploring Decatur, especially with its proximity to the university and shops, though parking fees could be a consideration for some. The staff generally made a positive impression, contributing to the clean and comfortable environment where breakfast was consistently a good start to the day. While minor wear was noted in some rooms, the overall impression is one of a reliable and welcoming stay.”
